Shipping & Returns
Most of our orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase, pending availability and credit verification.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may be reshipped at your expense. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Please note, we do not ship on the weekend or holidays.
For online orders, we accept stuff in new condition with original tags attached for a full refund. There’s no restocking fee and return shipping is free. You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your shipment to postmark your items for return. Your refund will be equivalent to product + taxes paid and will be credited to the same credit card used to make the purchase.
For in Fair purchases, we are happy to take it back for credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase. We accept items in new condition with original tags attached.
If you want to return something it's easy! To do so please follow these steps:
- Get in contact with email@example.com so we can send you a return label. Please tell us the reason why you wish to return your Caíques.
- Put the shoes you don't want in a box. it doesn't need to be the same box you received. The product just need to come with it's tag.
- Stick the prepaid label on the box.
- Get the box to the shipping carrier on your label.
We’ll take it from there. Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account . Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase.
