1. What if I need to change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, but we’ll always try our best to make changes before we ship your order. The best way to do so is to email us at hello@caiquesshoes.com.

 

2.What if something I ordered arrived damaged?

Contact us right away at hello@caiquesshoes.com. We will cover the cost of returning your item to us so it can be repaired, replaced, or refunded.

 

3. How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?

Prices on the site do not include taxes or duties. If you are shipping within the USA, sales tax will only be charged at checkout on orders shipped to New York or California.

 

4. How do I know which size will fit me best?

Our general Size Guide is a good starting point to determine your size in Caíques.

Be sure to read the product’s “Our Story” and look over the “Fit” section. 

 

5. Do you have anywhere I can try things on?

Yes! If you are in  Los Angeles you can shop at the Fairs we are visiting. This month we are visiting Rose Bowl Flea Market and Arts and Flee LA.
